Bag was well made and colonized fine except

The grains in the middle of the bag were slightly dry and because of that the mycelium were unable to colonize some grains.
Although overall really happy with the buy and rate was quite decent as well.

I'm guessing the area with dry drains is where another bag must be stacked on to it.

You should place the kit in a naturally cool room away from direct sunlight. For example, you can keep it in your kitchen or dining room. 

What is the white dust coming out of my mushroom?

Mushrooms release spores when they are mature. That is how they continue the life cycle. Suppose you the mushrooms dropping spore harvest as soon as possible. 

What is the white Circle patch on the kit?

The white patch is a filter that allows the mycelium to breathe without other contaminants entering the bag. Even if it grows out of it, there is nothing to be worried about.
